President Paudel issues ordinance in Investment Facilitation

Kathmandu: President Ram Chandra Paudel has issued some ordinances recommended by the government.

President Paudel recommended ordinances of government to facilitate international investment. He issued a recommendation ordinance for the amendment of the Acts and Law, considered to be obstacles and complicated for the investment.

Likewise, the government recommended 9 Acts to President Paudel, for the improvement in procedural difficulties of starting a business. According to Sheetal Niwas, President Paudel issued the ordinance as per the recommendation of the meeting of Council Ministers.

Land Act 2021, Land and Acquisition Act 2034, National Parks and Wildlife Protection 2029, Electronic Transaction Act 2063, Special Economic Zone Act 2073, Public Private Partnership AND Investment Act 2075, Foreign Investment Technology  Transfer Act 2075, Forest Act 2076, Industrial Business Act 2076 were amended by ordinance.
