NC’s continue obstruction adjourned meeting till 14 May

Kathmandu: The meeting of the parliamentary party has been adjourned.

The meeting has been adjourned till 14 May (Jestha 1, 2081), after NC continues its obstruction.

Earlier the meeting was held on Friday afternoon. However, NC chanted a slogan in the meeting after that Speaker Devraj Ghimire adjourned the meeting for 15 minutes.

Likewise, the meeting was resumed again but NC continued to obstruct then Speaker Ghimire adjourned the meeting by removing the schedule of events.

The Speaker Ghimire inside the parliament informed about the next meeting to be held on 14 May (Jestha 1) at 6:00 p.m.

NC has been demanding to form a parliamentary inquiry committee against Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane. NC’s General Secretary Gagan Thapa warned that the House session would be obstructed until the parliamentary inquiry committee formed.
