Dholahiti Holi Murder: Police charges murder case against accused ones, one still absconding

Kathmandu: Nepal Police has revealed the identity of the accused people involved in the Dholahiti murder case.

Lalitpur Police made 4 people, who were involved in the murder case, on Tuesday. The incident occurred on the day of Fagu Purnima in Dholahiti, Lalitpur Metropolitan City-26.

Police made Bijay Rai (Hotelier of D Pappon), Sulav Rai (both are residents of Sakela rural municipality-2, Khotang ), Bishal Jang Mukarung (Tyamkemayaung-2, Bhojpur), and Chheng Bihang Rai (Gokarneswor, Kathmandu) public.

Dholahiti Holi Murder: Knife stabber with criminal background

One is still absconding. Wardat Paju Gurung is still absconding. Police said they were searching for him. District Police Range, Lalitpur Spokesperson Superintendent of Police SP Naresh Raj Subedi said a murder case was filed against the arrested ones.

Two groups of youths charged knives at each other which resulted in the death of 2 youths in D Popina. They were drinking alcohol. The two groups stabbed each other with a knife.

Arrested Hotelier Bijay Rai also has a criminal background. He was imprisoned for two years in a drug case. Police also arrested other people in the process of investigation.
