Man murders his wife at Rautahat

Kathmandu: A man has murdered his wife at Rautahat.

Tritha Waiba(40 years old) murdered his wife Sotimaya Waiba( 35), during a dispute over grass cutting. According to Police, Waiba, a resident of Vrindavan Municipality-1 murdered his wife with a sickle.

There was a dispute about cutting grass between husband and wife. After they started to swear at each other, Tritha slit his wife’s neck with a sickle. Police said that Sotimaya died on the spot.

Likewise, Tritha attempts to kill himself after murdering his wife. Police said Tritha was drunk during the incident.
