‘No fees for registering a company, minimum 100 rupees as the minimum authorized capital for opening the company’

Kathmandu: The government has come up with the provision of not taking fees for the registration of the company.
Finance Minister Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat, announced the company registration procedure while presenting the budget for fiscal year 2023-24 on Monday.
He said, ‘Now the new company does not have to pay the fees for the registration and also while increasing the capital.’
Mahat added that a legal arrangement would be made for opening by declaring a minimum authorized capital of 100 rupees.
