Kathmandu: The hearing on the petition filed by defendants including Top Bahadur Rayamajhi has been ended.
The hearing petition was filed by Rayamajhi, who was imprisoned in a fake Bhutanese case. The hearing was over on the joint bench of Supreme Court judges Kumar Regmi and Tek Prasad Dhungana.
Former Deputy Prime Minister Rayamajhi, Former Speaker Angtawa Sherpa, Keshav Prasad Dulal. Sandesh Sharma Sanu Bhandari and the other 9 had filed a petition demanding to be released from prison.
