Scuffle between Police and Locals at Dhanusha

Kathmandu: The scuffle between police and locals has taken place at Aurhi Rural Muncipality-1, Poudesar, Dhanusha.

The scuffle took place over the dispute of the love relationship between youths. Scuffles took place when the police attempted to control arose dispute between the girl’s group and the boy’s group.

The girl’s group demonstrated by obstructing the road, when Police attempted to open the obstructed road demonstrators came to clash with the police. According to Dhanusha Police Spokesperson and DSP Ranjan Awale, to control the situation dozens of tear gas were thrown. It has been said the situation is still stressful.

Likewise, the case is going on against the boy’s side for abducting the girl. Police said that 5 people have been arrested and a case of kidnapping and body hostage has been filed against them.

The search operation for the girl is going on.
