Resham Chaudhary’s petition file against Election Commission kept in ‘Unseen’

Kathmandu: Resham Chaudhary’s petition file has been kept in ‘Unseen’.

Chaudhary filed a petition against the Election Commission in the Supreme Court. The hearing of the case was scheduled under the joint bench judges of  Ananda Mohan Bhattarai and Binod Sharma.

Likewise, Chaudhary from the prison formed the Nagarik Unmukti Party. He was unanimously elected as Chairperson from the party’s first convention held in Kailali, Tikapur on 12 January 2024( Poush 27,2080).

However, the Commission didn’t grant him legitimacy, and after that, he went to court against it.
