Kathmandu: Koshi Chief Minister Kedar Karki has filed a writ petition at the Supreme Court, against the formation of government
Karki filed a writ after the Provincial Chief Parshuram Khapung appointed Hikmat Karki as Chief Minister.

In the writ, he sought a mandate to be continued as Chief Minister.
Province Chief Office, Provincial Chief Parshuram Khapung, Speaker Ambar Bahadur Bista, CPN(UML) Province Parliamentary leader Hikmat Kumar Karki, and supporters of the resolution were made opponents in the writ.
