Koshi Chief Minister Karki prepares to file case demanding stay order at Supreme Court

Kathmandu: Chief Minister Kedar Karki has arrived in Kathmandu, to register a case against the call for the formation of government by Koshi Province Khapung.

Chief Minister Karki arrived in Kathmandu on Thursday, to file a case in the Supreme Court, saying that the action of Province Chief Khapung was not per the Constitution.  He is prepared to file a case by demanding an interim order as soon as the court opens.

Likewise, CPN (UML) and CPN (Maoist Centre) today, prepared to submit the claim of Hikmat Kumar Karki as new Chief Minister.
