Oli respects Gautam's statement; Wishes success for Unity Campaign

Kathmandu: CPN (UML) Chairperson K.P. Sharma Oli has commented about respecting the feelings of Bamdev Gautam of returning to the party.

Addressing the launching program of the ‘Siddhinath Gyawali Memorial Granth’ on Monday, Coordinator Gautam expressed his eagerness to return to the party.

Replying to the statement of Gautam, Oli said he would respect the feelings of Gautam. ‘I will respect the feelings of Mr. Bamdev. He has expressed feelings for unification. Mr. Bamdev is also the coordinator of the National Campaign for Unity of the Nepal Communist Party. Your campaign will be successful,’ said Oli.

Bamdev Gautam expresses eagerness for returning to CPN (UML)

Nepal Communist Party was formed after the unification of the CPN (UML) and CPN (Maoist Centre) in 2018 A.D. When the Nepal Communist Party split on 3^rd September 2021 (Bhadra 18, 2078), Bamdev Gautam left the party.

But, after 31 months, he expressed his eagerness to return to the party.
