Bamdev Gautam expresses eagerness for returning to CPN (UML)

Kathmandu: National Campaign for Unity of Nepal Communist Party Coordinator Bam Dev Gautam has said he is eager to return to CPN (UML).

Addressing the launching program of the ‘Siddhinath Gyawali Memorial Granth’ on Monday, Coordinator Gautam said, ‘ I had weakness in the past, I am eager to return to the party.’ He said to arrange for his comeback at the party.

Coordinator Gautam spoke those words in front of the CPN (UML) Chairperson K.P. Sharma Oli, who is also present in the program. He said he is capable of bearing the responsibility provided by the party.

Similarly, he confessed about his realization of his mistake. He remained neutral as he did not want to become the reason for the split of the Nepal Communist Party.

The Coordinator left the CPN (UML) after the then-Nepal Communist Party split.
