Madhesh Province's Minister for Forest Kurmi resigns

Kathmandu: Madhesh Province Minister for Forest and Environment Ramesh Prasad Kurmi has resigned.

Kurmi submitted his resignation to Chief Minister Saroj Kumar Yadav on Tuesday. He became Minister for Forest Minister from Loktantrik Samajwadi Party (LSP).

The party prepares to withdraw its support to Chief Minister Yadav, after the resignation of Kurmi.

Likewise, there was a schedule for Chief Minister Yadav to take a vote of confidence at the provincial assembly meeting. However, it has been postponed due to the obstruction of the Janamat Party.
