Work permit open for Russia

Kathmandu: The government has opened a work permit for Russia.
The then-Secretary of the Ministry of Employment and Social Security, Keshav Prasad Bhandari made that decision on February 28 (Falgun 16).
The decision was made public nearly after a month.
It has also been decided to give work permits by sending laborers to Sinopec Engineering Russia Group LLC Company, based in Blagoveshchenk City, Russia.
