Russian court charged 4 men with act of terrorism

Kathmandu: Russia has charged 4 men for committing an act of terrorism by attacking a Moscow concert Hall.
According to BBC, three out of 4 were marched bent double into a Moscow court and the remaining one was in a wheelchair.
The Islamic State group, or IS, took responsibility for the attack at Crocus City Hall, in which around 137 people were killed, on Friday.
Russian officials have claimed the involvement of Ukraine in the attack. But, to the claim, Kyiv has tagged the claim as absurd.
