Kathmandu: The staging of the Acro Theatre Performance “Suina” has begun at Shilpee Theatre.

The trainees, who participated in the 3-week Acro theatre workshop, are part of the play. The play comprises 7 different stories, including Khisha, Hostel, Yatra, Udaan, Kharbuja, Marijuana, and Sunsaan.

The stories are narrated in different languages in the play. A common man comprises memorable moments, past dreams, and future dreams, which is known as Sunia. Those stories and Suina are dragging the present of the people.

Actors have tried to tell the stories of Sunia through acro theatre with the help of their acting and physical movements.

Artist Pabitra Khadka facilitated the play, which began on 26 June (Asar 12). Vijaya Dhungel, Paras Nepali, Prem Chand Pandey, Sampada Rai, Lalit Badu, Jay Prakash Tajpuria, and Raman Shrestha are actors in the play.

The play will be staged every day at 5:30 p.m. except on Tuesday. The last show of the play is on 1 July (Asar 17).
