21 people injured in bus accident at Kagbeni

Kathmandu: Twenty-one people have been injured in a bus accident at Kagbeni of Baragung Muktichhetra rural municipality-4 in Mustang.
The bus (Province-3-01-006 Kha 622), carrying college students of Kathmandu, met with an accident while returning to Jomsom from Muktinath this morning.
According to the District Police Office, Mustang, the bus was carrying 30 people including the driver. All the injured are receiving treatment at Mustang District Hospital and their health condition is normal, said Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bhoj Raj Pandey.
Kagbeni-Muktinath road, which was blocked for around three hours after the accident, has now resumed, he added. Police said the bus overturned on the road due to brake failure As per the preliminary investigation.
