Dr. Mahat: Statement of not helping Prime Minister, as Finance Minister, is lie

Kathmandu: Nepali Congress (NC) Spokesperson and Former Finance Minister Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat has claimed to support the Prime Minister during his tenure.

Organizing a press conference in the NC Central Party Office Sanepa, Spokesperson Dr. Mahat said that he tried his best to support Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ during his tenure as the Finance Minister. He said that the statement of not getting support from the Finance Minister was a lie.

‘There was a clear exchange of dialogues relating what is possible and what is not. Even the Prime Minister had an agreement regarding it. Now, stating about not receiving any support from the Finance Minister is a lie, ‘ said Dr. Mahat.

Dr. Mahat claimed of performed activities, that reflected his achievements, during his tenure.
