Schedule of Dr. S. Jaishankar's Nepal Visit

Kathmandu: External Affairs Minister of India Dr. S. Jaishankar is coming for a Nepal visit on Thursday. The schedule of the 2-day visit of Dr. Jaishankar is as follows:

Minister Dr. Jaishankar would reach Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), through the Indian Air Force, at 9:20 a.m. Foreign Secretary Sewa Lamsal would welcome Dr. Jaishankar.

After a short span of rest, he would start his meeting. Dr. Jaishankar will meet President Ram Chandra Paudel in Sheetal Niwas at 11 p.m.

Then, he will meet Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ at the PM’s residence in Baluwataar. After the meeting, he would reach Hotel Yak and Yeti at 1 pm. He would participate in the 7^th meeting of the Nepal-India Joint Commission in the Hotel.

Dr. Jaishankar would sign various MOU minutes and different agreements at 2 p.m. He would participate in the dinner, organized by the Minister of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) at 6:30 p.m.

On Friday, Dr. Jaishankar will inaugurate the renovation project of T.U. Library at 9:30 a.m. He would depart for New Delhi at 12:30 p.m.
