FM Mahat: 3rd Investment Conference to be held

Kathmandu: The government has decided to organize a third Investment Conference.

Finance Minister Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat said that preparations were going on to organize the conference on April 21-22 (9^th and 10^th Baisakh) in Kathmandu. There is a Board of Directors for the conference in the coordination of Minister Mahat.

The first meeting of the Board of Directors was held on Sunday. Minister Mahat, after the meeting, said that the investment conference would be organized.

Minister Mahat said, ‘The preparations are going on for the investment conference. This conference will not only cover foreign investment but also about moving ahead simultaneously with Nepali and Non-resident investors.’
