Multidimensional effect might result due to delay in capital expenditure: PM Dahal

Kathmandu: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has shown concern regarding the possible multi-dimensional effect on the economy if unable to increase capital expenditure.

PM Dahal, during the 50^th anniversary of the National Development Problem Solving Committee, showed concern about the economic effect in Singhadurbar today.

Dahal said, ‘In case of delayed capital expenditure, development activities might get slow along with multi-dimensional effect in the economy.’

As a result, Dahal urged all three level governments to increase capital expenditure.

He added, ‘The finance ministry will discuss with ministries and provincial government to make sure that the development project with the good process would not be affected due to lack of resources.’
