Kathmandu: Nepal has defeated Bhutan in the ongoing ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Asia Region Qualifiers.

Nepal defeated Bhutan by 3 wickets on Sunday. Nepal was able to meet the target of 40 runs in 13.2 overs with a loss of 7 wickets. This is the third victory of Nepal in a row.

This has increased the probability of Nepal to enter the semi-final stage. At least one victory in the remaining group-stage games would be enough for Nepal to reach the semi-final. Nepal will compete against Qatar on Monday and UAE on Wednesday.
