Socialist Front meeting concludes; Support to corruption related campaign

Kathmandu: The meeting of the Socialist Front (Samajwadi Morcha) has come to an end. 

The meeting, which took place in the Central Party Office of CPN (Unified Socialist) in Aloknagar on Sunday, concluded with various decisions. According to the General Secretary of CPN Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’, a declaration ceremony would be initiated on 25th August (Bhadra 8). 

A schedule has been fixed to organize the assembly on 25th August in Madhesh Province’s Birgunj, on 29th August in Lumbini’s  Butwal, on 30th August in Sudurpaschim’s Dhangadhi, on 31st August in Karnali’s Surkhet, on 1st September in Gandaki’s Pokhara, on 9th September in Bagmati’s Hetauda and on 11th September in Koshi’s Biratnagar. 

The meeting has decided to support the government-led corruption-related campaign. Prime Minister and CPN (Maoist Centre)’s Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, CPN (Unified Socialist)’s Chairperson Madhav Kumar Nepal, Janat Samajwadi Party’s Chairperson Upendra Yadav, General Secretary of CPN Netra Bikram Chand and other leaders were part of the meeting.
