Meeting between President Poudel and Chairperson Oli

Kathmandu: President Ram Chandra Poudel and CPN (UML)’s Chairperson KP Sharma Oli have held a meeting.

Oli reached Sheetal Niwas to meet President Poudel on Wednesday. They discussed the possibilities of removing obstructions from both of the house sessions.

UML has been obstructing both sessions since July 26^th (Shrawan 10). UML has been demanding the formation of a high-profile inquiry constitutional committee in the gold smuggling scandal.

UML has warned to continue the obstruction until the committee is formed. But the government is not in favor of forming the committee.
