CAN announces final Nepali squad for Asia Cup 2023

Kathmandu: Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced the final squad for the upcoming Asia Cup 2023.

CAN announced a 17-member squad, under the captainship of Rohit Kumar Poudel, for the competition.

The competition would be held in Pakistan and Sri Lanka between 30^th August to 17^th September. Nepal and India are in Group A. Nepal will play the first match against Pakistan in Multan on 31^st August.

Sandeep Lamichhane has also been part of the team. Lamichhane was accused of rape charges. The team will also have a week-long preparatory camp in Pakistan. The Nepali team will also play matches against PCB-designated teams,
