UML also obstructs NA session

Kathmandu: CPN (UML) has also obstructed the National Assembly (NA).

UML demanded the formation of a high-level inquiry committee for investigating the gold smuggling scandal.

Speaker of the NA Ganesh Prasad Timilsina postponed the meeting till 1 pm, Tuesday. The members of the NA had spoken about the social issues on Wednesday. After the completion of the social issues, Speaker Timilsina was about to follow the regular schedule of the meeting. But, UML started immediately protesting,

NA member Bimala Kumari Ghimire said that they will keep obstructing the house session unless a committee is formed for the investigation of the gold smuggling. UML has a; also obstructed the House of Representatives session.
