Arrest warrant against Gachhadar and four former ministers

Kathmandu: Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) has issued an arrest warrant against four people including Bijaya Kumar Gachhadar in the Lalita Niwas land-grab scandal.

CIB issued the warrant against Gachhadar Former Land Reform Minister Chandra Dev Joshi, Dambar Shrestha, and former State Minister Sanjay Shah.

An arrest warrant has been issued against 406 people in the case. The Supreme Court has also opened the way for conducting an investigation against former prime minister duo Madhav Kumar Nepal and Dr. Baburam Bhattarai.
