Chief Minister Thapa takes oath

Biratnagar: Chief Minister of Koshi Province Uddhav Thapa has taken the oath of office and secrecy.

Province Head Parshuram Khapung administered the oath to Thapa. He was appointed to the post of Chief Minister on 16^th July (Asar 31).

On the 21^st day of his tenure, the Supreme Court canceled his appointment as Speaker Baburam Gautam participated in the process. Gautam gave his resignation from the post and voted to help the coalition attain a majority of 47 seats to reappoint Thapa as the Chief Minister.

Similarly, Pradeep Kumar Sunuwar took the oath for the Water, Irrigation, and Energy Ministry. And Kamal Prasad Jabegu took the oath as Minister of Road Infrastructure and Physical Development.
