Two arrested for investigations on death of senior sub-inspector

Kathmandu: Police have arrested two persons for investigation regarding the death of a senior sub-inspector of Nepal Police in a hotel in Baglung district.
Hotelier Asha Kunwar and her son Binod were held for investigation purposes, Chief of Baglung District Police Office SP Yogendra Kumar Khadka shared.
A team of police personnel deployed at the Khar area of Badigad Rural Municipality nabbed the two stating that the incident was suspicious. Senior sub-inspector Ujjwal Poudel, in charge of the Area Police Office at Bhimgithe in Badigad, was found dead in a hotel.
Likewise, preparations are ongoing to bring the dead body of a senior sub-inspector for a postmortem. Poudel was found dead in the hotel last night.
