Neupane said, ‘PM Dahal spoke against the nationality, independence, and sovereignty of the nation. He returned from doing a consensus against the country in India. In response to the question regarding the Eminent Persons Group (EPG) in Nepal-India Relations discussion in this assembly, he said ‘The environment would have been ruined if I have raised the issue regarding EPG.’
