We want resignation from PM, not answer: Oli

Kathmandu: Chairperson of CPN (UML) KP Sharma Oli said that the house was expecting the resignation of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ rather than an answer.

Oli said, ‘We want resignation from Prime Minister, not answer.’

Oli added that there was no alternative to resignation as PM Dahal spoke against national respect and independence.

On Monday, PM Dahal said that Sardar Pritam Singh had gone to Delhi multiple times to make him Prime Minister. This fueled the opposition parties Rashtriya Swatantra Party, Rastriya Prajatantra Party, and UML to protest.

Speaker Devraj Ghimire adjourned the meeting after the continuous protest.
