Vistara crosses a milestone of 50 million customers

Kathmandu: Vistara has crossed a milestone of 50 million customers. With this, Vistara has enabled 50 journeys and evoked 50 million feelings.

The milestone completed within 8 years has made the milestone even more special. Vistara has thanked the constant support and cooperation for the accomplishment.

Chief Executive Officer of Vistara Vinod Kannan said, ‘I am proud to say that we have worked together as a team to provide an exceptional travel experience to our customers. It is no surprise that we won a slew of customer-choice awards over the years.’

Vistara also won the ‘Best Airline Staff in India and South Asia’ for the fifth consecutive year. It has also been awarded the ‘Best Cabin Crew in India and Asia’ for the third time in a row. Vistara also succeeded in bagging the ‘Best Business Class Airline in India and South Asia’ for the second time in a row.

Vistara has expressed extreme gratefulness to the customers for their trust. The airline company started with an ambitious goal to redefine the way India travels.

Vistara has been pushing the envelope innovating and offering world-class products and services. Introduction of Premium Economy, Starbucks coffee at 35000 feet, welcoming India’s first Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, becoming the first airline in India to offer Wi-Fi and Live TV onboard, and operating wide-body aircraft using SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) on a long-haul route are some of the key features of Vistara as first initiatives.
