France violence: Police arrest 150 people

Kathmandu: Police have arrested about 150 people for violence across France. People continued their protest even in the second day against the killing of a teenager by the police.

An officer shot a 17-year-old boy Nahel M at point-blank range on Tuesday. Nahel had refused to stop in traffic and had driven away.

According to BBC, Furious people set the vehicles on fire in Nanterre. Police had to use tear gas to control the situation.

People even started fires in the town hall in the Mons-en-Baroeul suburb of Lille. People in Toulouse and Lyon even started violent protests against the incident.
