‘Lalit Kala Exhibition 2080’ in Pictures (Photo Feature)

Kathmandu: National Lalit Kala Exhibition (Fine Arts Exhibition) 2080 has been drawing attraction of people since its inauguration. Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation Minister Sudan Kirati inaugurated the exhibition on Jestha 15 (May 29).

The theme of the exhibition is ‘Me, My Nation and My Creation.’ The exhibition covers a total of 395 artworks-Folk art, traditional painting, sculpture, handicraft, architecture, and other creative arts including photography art, replacement art, cartoon, emotional art, caricature, etc. in the exhibition- by 609 artists.

The artworks of folk art and traditional paintings, under the exhibition, have been exhibited at Nepal Kala Parishad, Babarmahal. Likewise, the contemporary painting, architecture and other creative arts, handicrafts, traditional sculpture, and modern sculpture at Nepal Lalit Kala Pragya Pratishthan Naxal.

The exhibition will last till Jestha 30 (June 13).
