Construction of pedestrian bridge underway at Babarmahal and Minbhawan (Photos)

Kathmandu: The construction work of pedestrian bridges in front of the District Court, Babarmahal, and Shantinagar has proceeded.

The pedestrian bridge is constructed for the safety of pedestrians. Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport for the construction of 2 pedestrian bridges, separate budget for it.

The Ministry allocated a budget of 25 million rupees for the construction of pedestrian bridges in Babarmahal and 40 million rupees in Minbhawan.

Currently, pedestrians are compelled to cross the road at their own risk due to the absence of a pedestrian bridge.
