Rato Machhindranath Temple rebuilt after earthquake devastation
The idol of Rato Machhindranath has now finally been reinstalled inside the temple this year.

Kathmandu: The reconstruction of the Rato Machhindranath temple, which was destroyed during the 2015 (2072 Bikram Sambat) earthquake, has been completed.
Although the reconstruction of this historic temple was delayed due to various reasons, the idol of Rato Machhindranath has now finally been reinstalled inside the temple this year.

The idol is widely revered in the Kathmandu Valley as the god of rain and prosperity.
