Kathmandu: Pakistan has won the title of ESAN PUBG Mobile Asian Showdown 2025.
The tournament, held online over three days, saw Pakistan deliver an impressive performance on the final day to secure the championship. Pakistan claimed the top position with 173 points, securing four Chicken Dinners out of 15 matches.
Indonesia came in a close second with 169 points, winning three Chicken Dinners. Nepal’s Blue Team secured third place with 154 points and four Chicken Dinners.
Nepal’s Red Team placed fourth with 118 points, followed by Malaysia in fifth with 112 points. Jordan came in sixth with 90 points. Pakistan’s player Falka was declared the tournament’s Most Valuable Player (MVP).
A total of 14 countries, including Nepal, participated in the competition. Organized by the E-Sports Association of Nepal (ESAN), the “PUBG Mobile Showdown” began last Friday and concluded with Pakistan emerging as the champion.
As the champion, Pakistan received a cash prize of Rs. 400,000. The second-place winner, Indonesia, was awarded Rs. 200,000, while Nepal Blue took home Rs. 150,000 for third place.
Nepal Red received Rs. 100,000 for fourth, and both Malaysia and Jordan were awarded Rs. 50,000 each for finishing fifth and sixth, respectively. MVP Falka also received Rs. 50,000.
‘We have brought Asian countries together on a common platform and begun a new chapter. Similar tournaments will continue in the future as well,’ said ESAN President Anjan Dhamala.
ESAN Senior Vice President Him Bikram KC said that the event was organized to foster collaboration and healthy competition among Asian countries through e-sports.
