CPN (Maoist Centre) demands to take action against former King Gyanendra

Kathmandu: CPN (Maoist Centre) has demanded to take action against former King Gyanendra Shah in the Tinkune incident.

Addressing the House of Representatives (HoR) meeting on Monday, lawmaker Rekha Sharma demanded action against former King Shah as he instigated the incident.

‘In Tinkune’s incident, a private property, the house of a person, was set on fire. Two youths were murdered. It is clear as the afternoon sun who was involved in the incident. The incident took place under the leadership of the so-called “commander” Durga Prasai. Former King Gyanendra Shah is behind the incident. Currently, no one is superior to the law. Therefore action should be taken as per the law,’ said Sharma.

Sharma demanded to announce the 2 deceased youths as Martyrs.
