The FSU elections have been scheduled to take place at the TU central campus and its constituent campuses on March 18 to elect new student leaders.

FSU Election: 17 candidacies filed for FSU president in TU

Kathmandu: A total of 17 candidacies have been filed for the presidential post at the Tribhuvan University (TU) Central College because of the Free Students Union (FSU) elections.

According to the Campus election officer, Prof Dr Krishna Prasad Neupane, 17 candidacies from various students’ unions, including NSU (Deepak Raj Joshi), ANNFSU (Siddhant Bhatta), ANNISU-R (Prabin Dahal), and independent panels are in the list of candidates published by the committee. The total number of voters from the campus is 6,146.

The final name list will be published at 7:00 pm today. The FSU elections have been scheduled to take place at the TU central campus and its constituent campuses on March 18 to elect new student leaders.
