Kathmandu: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane’s second day of the detention hearing is underway at Chitwan District Court.
Defendant Lamichhane’s lawyers’ began their argument on Thursday, after the completion of the public prosecutor and victim argument.
