Kathmandu: 7 Nepali, who died in a train accident in the Jalgaon district of India’s Maharashtra, will receive 650 thousand Indian Rupees (10 lakh 40 thousand Nepali rupees).
The central government of India announced to give all families of the deceased 1 lakh and 50 thousand rupees and the Maharashtra government will give 5 lakh rupees.
The Central government said it would give 50 thousand cash and the remaining will be deposited in the bank.
According to Indian media, 13 people died and a dozen were injured in a train accident in Pachora.
7 Nepali also died in the accident, whereas 4 were injured.
The Nepalis, who lost their lives are identified as Nandaram Bishwakarma his wife Maisara and son Hemu, Jayakala Kami (60 years old) of Kalbazar Municipality-4, Chalsaki, and Kamla Bhandari (43) of Mohanyal Rural Municipality-6, Soltaki, Kailali.
Likewise, Radhe Shyam Radh of Duduwa, Banke, and Lachhiram Pasi whose addresses are identified.
