Rabi Lamichhane detention hearing falls under bench of Justice Yogi

Kathmandu: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane’s detention hearing in misappropriation of Butuwal’s Supreme Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltd, will be held under the bench of Prahlad Kumar Yogi.

Lamichhane appeared in the District Court Rupandehi on Wednesday.

According to Court Information Officer Ananta Raj Marasini, Lamichhane’s detention hearing is scheduled to be held under Justice Yogi.

A case was filed against 42 people, including Lamichhane in District Court Rupandehi on Sunday. It is claimed that Lamichhane has more than 40 million (4 crore) rupees.
