Kathmandu: 76 people have died in a fire that broke out in Turkey’s popular resort.
According to Turkey’s Minister of Health Pro. Dr. Kemal Memisogul, 51 people were injured in the fire that broke out at the Ski resort. Among the injured, 1 is in the ICU and 17 have been discharged.
Turkey’s Interior Ministry said the identification of the deceased couldn’t be identified.
Likewise, the fire was brought under control by Wednesday morning. It took 12 hours to bring the fire under control that broke out on Tuesday.
Turkey’s Minister of Justice said 9 people were arrested, including a hotel owner. According to the local time, a fire broke out at the wooden-clad 12-storey, Grand Kartal Hotel in Bolu at 3. 27 a.m. on Tuesday, where 234 people were staying.
