Police snatched Harka Sampang Rai’s Gagri (Photo Feature)
Mayor Harka Sampang Rai was heading to the Ministry of Water Supply without Gagri.
Kathmandu: Police have stopped Dharan’s Sub Metropolitan City Mayor Harka Sampang Rai, who attempted to enter Singhadurbar with an empty small water vessel ‘Gagri’.
Police stopped and snatched the Gagri from Mayor Rai at Hanumansthan, Anamnagar on Tuesday. Mayor Rai was heading to the Ministry of Water Supply without Gagri.
The mayor came to Kathmandu on Monday, asking for water for Dharan.
