Businessman Luiz Claudio Galeazzi and his 9 family members killed in plane crash

Kathmandu: Brazilian businessman Luiz Claudio Galeazzi, along with 9 members of his family, have been killed in a plane crash.

The plane crash, which occurred in Gramado, Brazil, claimed the lives of 10 people. Galeazzi was the pilot of the plane.

Local authorities reported that 17 people were injured in the incident, with two of them in critical condition. As it was a private plane crash, all those who died were members of the same family.

According to Brazilian media, the 61-year-old businessman Luiz was traveling with his family. Bad weather has been cited as the cause of the crash.

The crash resulted in the deaths of Luiz, his wife, their three daughters, and other family members. A statement from his company provided the information, as per BBC Hindi.

It has been stated that the small plane first struck a building’s chimney and then collided with houses and shops. The crash also caused damage to buildings in the area.
