Kathmandu: The statement of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane, who was arrested in a cooperative fraud case, will be recorded.
District Attorney Office, Kathmandu will record the statement of Lamichhane on Sunday.
The statement of Former Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Lamichhane was also taken on Friday.
Lamichhane was brought to Kathmandu for the investigation of embezzlement of Kalimati’s Swarna Cooperative Amount.
Likewise, an arrest warrant has been issued against Lamichhane in Kathmandu District Court. Lamichhane was arrested on October 18 (Kartik 2).
