Woman dies after truck hits scooter in Gatthaghar
According to the Bhaktapur District Police Office, the woman passed away during treatment at Bhaktapur International Hospital this morning.

Kathmandu: A woman has died after a truck hit a scooter in Gatthaghar, Bhaktapur.
A 12-wheeler truck with the number plate Na 8 Kha 2311, heading from Bhaktapur to Kathmandu, collided with a scooter bearing the number Ba Pra 02-038 Pa 4401, resulting in the death of 41-year-old Navina Deula on Thursday.
According to the Bhaktapur District Police Office, the woman passed away during treatment at Bhaktapur International Hospital this morning.
Navina’s husband, Jit Deula, was injured in the accident and is undergoing treatment at the nearby Nagarik Hospital.
The truck driver, 38-year-old Buddhabahadur Ghalan of Makwanpurgadhi-4, has been taken into custody by Thimi Police Circle.
