Durga Prasai’s writ dismissed

Kathmandu: The habeas corpus petition, filed on behalf of medical business Durga Prasai after his arrest in cybercrime has been dismissed.
Under a joint bench of Justice Mahesh Sharma Paudel and Nithyananda Pandey’s direction, the writ was dismissed. Prasai’s son Nirajan Prasai filed a writ of habeas corpus.
Prasai to be presented in Court on Wednesday
Likewise, CIB arrested Prasai from his residence on November 19 (Mangsir 4).
