Prasai presented in Supreme Court

Kathmandu: Medical Businessman Durga Prasai has been presented in the Supreme Court.
Prasai, arrested after accusing Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli of investing in Cambodia’s Telecom, presented in the Supreme Court on Tuesday.
Prasai’s son Nirajan Prasai filed a writ of habeas corpus, by making the Home Ministry, Police Headquarters Naxal, Central Investigation Bureau (CIB), Lazimpat, and Kathmandu District Court opposition.
Earlier, a single bench of Justice Manoj Kumar Sharma had ordered the CIB to present Prasai in the court.
Likewise, CIB arrested Prasai from his residence on November 19 (Mangsir 4).
