Kaski District Court permits to keep Rabi Lamichhane in custody for another 15 days

Kathmandu: Kaski District Court has granted permission to keep Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane, who is arrested in the misappropriation of cooperative fund case, in custody for 15 days.

Kaski District is investigating Lamichhane in the case of misappropriating the funds of Pokhara’s Sudarshan Cooperative by taking it to Gorkha Media Network.

Misappropriating the funds of Pokhara’s Sudarshan Cooperative by taking it to Gorkha Media Network, the court granted permission to keep Lamichhane in custody for an additional 15 days on Sunday.

Earlier, the court allowed police to extend Lamichhane’s custody for another 13 days on November 10 (Kartik 25).
